RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified — please review your selections carefully before completing checkout.

That said, we stand behind the quality of every STRP order. If you receive a defective product or your order was affected by a shipping error, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will make it right.

For damage or defects, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
